The Magpul Hunter 700L is a drop-in replacement buttstock designed specifically for Remington 700 Long Action rifles, giving hunters and precision shooters a modern, ergonomic chassis without the price of a full custom build.

Built around a reinforced polymer body mated to an anodized aluminum bedding block, the Hunter 700L requires no custom bedding and installs directly over the factory barreled action and trigger group. The aluminum bedding block delivers the stability and repeatable alignment of a pillar-bedded stock while keeping the swap simple for the end user.

Both the comb height and length of pull are fully adjustable, letting shooters dial in proper eye alignment with mounted optics and find a comfortable, consistent fit across a wide range of shooting positions and clothing layers. A 60-degree grip angle keeps pointability natural for offhand work in the field.

The forend features integral M-LOK slots for the direct attachment of bipods, sling mounts, lights, and other accessories, and the fully free-floating design will not contact the barrel for consistent shot-to-shot accuracy. The Hunter 700L is also AICS-pattern magazine compatible for shooters running a detachable-box magazine conversion on their Long Action Remington 700.
