The Magpul Industries Hunter 700 stock is a drop-in replacement stock purpose-built for the Remington 700 Short Action rifle. Designed to upgrade the factory stock without the need for custom bedding, the Hunter 700 gives shooters a modern, ergonomic chassis built around a reinforced polymer outer shell mated to a Type III hardcoat anodized aluminum bedding block, delivering a rigid, repeatable platform for hunting and precision work.

This stock features a free-floating barrel channel, so the action screws are torqued directly to the aluminum block and the barrel is never contacted by the stock, preserving accuracy across a wide range of ammunition. The comb is adjustable for height for proper cheek weld, and length of pull adjusts from 13" to 15" to fit a wide range of shooters and shooting positions. The fixed 60-degree grip angle puts the shooter's hand in a natural, repeatable position behind the trigger.

M-LOK accessory slots are molded into the forend, allowing the direct attachment of compatible M-LOK rails, bipod mounts, sling mounts, and accessories without a separate rail interface. The stock ships with no swivel studs, allowing the user to add the sling attachment of their choice via the M-LOK system. Installation is straightforward: the barreled action drops into the stock and is secured using the factory Remington action screws torqued to Magpul's recommended 55-60 in-lbs.
