Magpul Industries Forward Sling Mount Mossberg 590A1/590 w/ SGA Stock Steel Melonite Black

The Magpul Forward Sling Mount (MAG493) is a dedicated front sling attachment point engineered for the Mossberg 590A1 series of pump-action shotguns, as well as Mossberg 590 models fitted with a Magpul SGA Stock. The mount clamps directly onto the barrel and magazine tube, giving you a stable forward sling loop with no permanent modification to the firearm.

Built from precision cast steel and protected by a black Melonite finish, the MAG493 is made to withstand hard field use. The Melonite treatment delivers excellent wear and corrosion resistance, so the sling mount stays serviceable through rough handling and inclement weather. Made in the USA to Magpul's quality standards.

This dedicated fit is designed for Mossberg 590A1 models with factory extended magazine tubes, as well as Mossberg 590 and 590A1 shotguns outfitted with a Magpul SGA stock. Recommended installation torque is 25 in-lbs; when clamping within 2.25 inches of the end of the magazine tube or extension, reduce torque to a maximum of 23 in-lbs.
