Magpul Hunter Lite Savage AXIS Short Action Stock - OD Green

The Magpul Hunter Lite stock is a purpose-built hunting stock designed to drop onto Savage AXIS and AXIS II rifles chambered in short action calibers, including the .22-250 Rem, .223 Rem, .243 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm-08 Rem, and .308 Win. Finished in OD Green and built around a polymer construction, the Hunter Lite weighs roughly 20% less than the original Hunter stock and features a noticeably narrower forend for cleaner field handling.

The Hunter Lite is fully ambidextrous, with a configurable interface that supports both right- and left-hand shooters. Length of pull adjusts from 13 to 15 inches using four included 1/2" spacers, and the included cheek riser provides up to 0.36 inches of additional comb height for proper eye alignment with magnified optics. The action-side magazine well accepts AICS-pattern short action magazines from Magpul and other makers, with stamped steel over-insertion tabs that index the mag for reliable, repeatable presentation.

The forend is molded with multiple M-LOK accessory slots for bipod, light, or sling attachment. At approximately 2.8 lbs, the Hunter Lite is a clean, lightweight upgrade that opens up modern accessory mounting and magazine flexibility on an existing Savage AXIS platform.
