Magpul Hunter American Fixed Stock Aluminum Bedding & Adjustable Comb 13-15" LOP Black for Ruger American Short Action

The Magpul Hunter American Stock is a drop-in replacement stock engineered specifically for the Ruger American short action family of centerfire rifles. Built as a true drop-in solution, it requires no bedding and mates directly with the factory action, giving hunters an easy upgrade for better ergonomics, weight balance, and accessory mounting on their rifle.

Construction centers on a reinforced polymer shell molded around a Type III hard-anodized cast aluminum bedding block with integrated high-strength steel recoil lugs. This bedding system locks into the Ruger American action and delivers the rigidity of a traditional pillar-bedded stock without the gunsmith work. The barrel channel is free-floating, supporting consistent harmonics and accuracy downrange.

An adjustable comb lets the shooter dial in proper eye alignment with mounted optics, and the length of pull adjusts from 13" to 15" to fit a wide range of shooters and shooting setups. An ergonomic pistol grip keeps the off-hand naturally indexed, while M-LOK slots molded into the forend accept M-LOK-compatible accessories such as sling mounts, bipods, and lights directly, with no rail adapters required.

Finished in black with a fixed stock configuration, the Hunter American is purpose-built for right-hand Ruger American short action rifles and is not compatible with left-hand or long action models. No integrated swivel studs are installed, leaving the shooter free to run a flush M-LOK sling mount or other preferred sling attachment.
