The Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX L6 in .44 Magnum is the long-slide 6-inch variant of Magnum Research's iconic gas-operated, rotating-bolt semi-auto pistol. Built around the proven Mark XIX action, this L6 pairs a 6" steel barrel with the factory integral muzzle brake to help tame the heavy recoil of the big-bore .44 Magnum cartridge.

The black anodized aluminum frame carries an under-barrel Picatinny accessory rail for lights or lasers, while the serrated carbon steel slide rides on the gas-assisted rotating-bolt action. Fixed combat sights are pinned to the slide, and a manual thumb safety provides the primary safety on this single-action-only (SAO) semi-automatic. Overall length is 10.75" and unloaded weight comes in at approximately 44 oz.

Ergonomics come from the factory black Hogue finger-groove grips, shaped to the full-size L6 frame. One 8-round single-stack magazine ships with the pistol, providing an 8+1 total capacity in .44 Magnum; the Mark XIX platform accepts the full line of Magnum Research single-stack magazines chambered for the same cartridge.
