The Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX in .44 Remington Magnum is a gas-operated, semi-automatic pistol that has become an icon of big-bore handgunning. This California Compliant variant is built around a 6" barrel and a single-action trigger, and feeds from an 8+1 detachable magazine.

Construction is classic Mark XIX: a carbon steel frame and slide finished in matte black oxide, CNC-machined from steel to handle the pressures of full-power .44 Magnum loads. The slide carries functional serrations for press checks and chambering, and the pistol wears fixed iron sights with a sight radius of 8.5". The trigger reach measures 2.75".

An ambidextrous thumb safety sits within easy reach, and the grip frame wears a set of black rubber grip panels for positive control. The pistol tips the scales at 70.60 oz unloaded, making it a serious personal protection and sport shooting tool that satisfies California's roster requirements.
