The Magnum Research BFR (Biggest, Finest Revolver) is an all-stainless, single-action hunting revolver purpose-built for hard-hitting handgun calibers. This Long Cylinder variant is chambered in .45-70 Government and is built on the Extra Large frame, the largest of the BFR family and the natural home for magnum-class handgun loads.

The BFR pairs a precision-grade 10" barrel with a 5-shot cylinder, both finished in brushed stainless and matched to a brushed stainless frame. The SAO mechanism runs through a traditional exposed hammer, and the sights pair a blacked-out fixed front with an adjustable rear for dialing in handgun hunting loads. Bisley White Laminate grips give this revolver its distinctive hand-filling profile, complementing the 4.86 lb. carry weight and 17.50" overall length.

Designed for personal protection and sport shooting - particularly handgun hunting where magnum-level rounds are required - the BFR accepts lead and jacketed bullets and ships ready to mount optics, with a Weaver scope mount included in the box.
