The Lyman Black Powder Gold bullet lube is a specialty stick lubricant formulated specifically for long-range black powder cartridge shooters. Sold as a single 1-1/4 oz stick, this lube lays down the heavy, consistent bullet-to-bore film needed to keep soft lead boolits seating cleanly and shooting accurately at the velocities typical of black powder cartridges.

Black Powder Gold uses a special blend built around 50% Alox and complementary waxes, giving it a 150 degree F melting point that stays firm on the bench and the bullet yet liquefies cleanly under firing pressure. The harder stick body resists finger drag during sizing, while the high-Alox content provides the slippery, durable lubrication black powder bullets need for full-power loads. The lube is supplied in its original plastic tube for clean storage and easy handling.

This stick is sized to feed the Lyman 4500 Sizer/Lubricator and fits similar sizing and lubricating tools including RCBS lube-sizers, making it a drop-in choice for most bench setups.
