Luth-AR UR-A2-S A2 Stripped Upper Receiver 223/5.56 AR-15

The Luth-AR UR-A2-S is a stripped A2-style upper receiver machined for the AR-15 platform and chambered for .223 Remington / 5.56 NATO. Built as a no-frills retro build component, this upper ships stripped with no parts installed, giving the builder full freedom to assemble an A2-configuration rifle from the ground up.

The receiver is precision machined from a premium-grade 7075-T6 forged aluminum and finished in a tough black MIL-SPEC hardcoat anodized coating, topped with a scratch-resistant Teflon coating for added wear protection and long service life under field conditions. The integrated A2 rear sight cut accepts the classic A2 fixed rear sight assembly, allowing the builder to complete a traditional A2-style upper.

From Luth-AR, the UR-A2-S is a straightforward, mil-spec-pattern stripped upper ready to be dressed out with the barrel, bolt carrier group, handguard, and sights of the builder's choice. It is an ideal foundation for an A2 retro build, a clone rifle project, or a spare upper for a dedicated .223 Rem / 5.56 NATO AR-15 platform.
