The MBA-5F is molded from high-strength glass-filled nylon in a Flat Dark Earth (FDE) finish and drops directly onto any mil-spec carbine buffer tube, making it a straightforward replacement for a basic A2-style fixed stock.

Adjustment is handled by a paddle-style lever that lets the shooter rapidly reposition the cheek weld, giving a usable length of pull of 11.5 inches collapsed to 14.5 inches fully extended.
