Luth-AR BL-11-7 5.56 NATO 11.5" 1:7 Lightweight AR-15 Barrel - Chrome Moly Vanadium - Black Phosphate

The Luth-AR BL-11-7 is an 11.5" lightweight AR-15 barrel chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, built on a Government-profile button-broached Chrome Moly Vanadium steel core and finished in Black Phosphate. It is designed for a carbine-length gas system and serves as a replacement or build component for AR-15 upper receivers.

Rifling is button-broached at a 1:7 RH twist with six lands and grooves, and the chamber features an M4 feed ramp for reliable feeding from standard STANAG-pattern magazines. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 to accept the standard AR-15 pattern of flash hiders, muzzle brakes, and sound suppressors.

The barrel's gas block journal measures .750" in diameter, making it compatible with a wide range of low-profile clamp-on and set-screw gas blocks as well as traditional fixed front sight towers. The Government profile keeps the barrel straight and rigid through the chamber while the lightweight contours ahead of the gas block trim front-end weight. At 11.5", the BL-11-7 is well suited for AR-15 pistol and short-barreled rifle builds.
