Luth-AR 308-BT16 .308 AR-10 Firing Pin Retaining Pin - 1045 Carbon Steel

The Luth-AR 308-BT16 is a .308 / 7.62mm firing pin retaining pin designed specifically for AR-10 and .308 AR-pattern bolt carrier groups. This is the correct oversized retaining pin for .308-pattern bolts - it is intentionally larger than the standard AR-15 firing pin retaining pin and is the proper replacement for Luth-AR .308 bolts.

Machined from 1045 carbon steel, the 308-BT16 is heat treated to HRC 45-50 for strength and dimensional stability, then finished with a protective manganese phosphate coating that resists wear and corrosion. It is a factory Luth-AR replacement part for anyone building, maintaining, or rebuilding an AR-10 or .308 AR bolt carrier group.
