The Limbsaver Sharpshooter X-Ring Barrel Dampener is a slip-on barrel de-resonator engineered to tame the unwanted harmonics that steal accuracy from a rifle barrel. By shortening the overall settling time of the barrel and dampening barrel whip at the muzzle, the unit helps tighten group size and gives the shooter more consistent control over muzzle movement during lock-up, which is especially valuable on lightweight hunting rifles and rimfire setups where a single wandering shot can ruin a group.
