The Leupold VX-5HD Gen 2 3-15x44mm riflescope combines the ruggedness required for backcountry hunting with the optical precision needed for long-range shooting. Built in the USA, this scope is engineered around a 30mm main tube with a 3-15x magnification range and a 44mm objective lens.

At the heart of the VX-5HD Gen 2 is Leupold's Professional-Grade Optical System with Guard-Ion lens coatings. The illuminated FireDot Duplex reticle provides a visible aiming point for fast target acquisition at dawn or dusk, and a side focus parallax adjustment keeps the reticle and target image sharp across the magnification range.

Turrets feature Leupold's CDS-ZL2 (Custom Dial System with Zero Lock 2) elevation dial with tool-free SpeedSet adjustments, allowing shooters to quickly dial to a known zero and return to it with confidence. The scope is fogproof, shockproof, and waterproof, built to handle punishing recoil and harsh weather conditions.
