The Leupold VX-4HD 4-16x50mm riflescope is a high-definition hunting optic built for hunters who need extended magnification and reliable low-light performance. Featuring a true 4:1 zoom ratio with 4-16x magnification and a large 50mm objective, this scope pulls in light at dusk and dawn while delivering the resolution needed to place shots at extended range.

At the core of the optic is Leupold's illuminated FireDot Twilight Hunter reticle, designed specifically for hunters who pursue game in low-light conditions. The FireDot is held in the second focal plane so the reticle subtensions remain true across the entire magnification range, and it offers 8 brightness settings for fine-tuned visibility against varied backgrounds.

The VX-4HD is built around a rugged 30mm main tube that delivers significantly more internal adjustment travel than a 1-inch tube. The CDS-ZL2 (Custom Dial System with ZeroLock 2) allows hunters to install a custom dial matched to their specific load and trajectory, while the ZeroLock 2 return-to-zero feature prevents accidental dial movement in the field. A side-focus parallax adjustment is set at 50 yards for parallax-free shooting at common hunting distances.
