Leupold VX-3HD 4.5-14x50mm CDS-ZL 1" Tube Duplex Riflescope - Matte Black

The Leupold VX-3HD 4.5-14x50mm riflescope delivers legendary optical performance and elite clarity in a rugged, lightweight package built around Leupold's Elite Optical System. An extremely popular 4.5-14x magnification range pairs with a generous 50mm objective to pull in bright, crisp detail from low light through twilight.

The scope rides on a 1" main tube finished in non-reflective Matte Black and is built to Leupold's fogproof, shockproof, and waterproof standards. A fixed 150-yard parallax setting keeps the reticle sharp across the magnification range. At just 12.30" long and 16.90 oz, it tucks neatly into a standard medium-height mount without unbalancing the rifle.

The classic Duplex reticle sits in the second focal plane (SFP), keeping crosshair subtensions consistent as magnification changes - ideal for fast, uncluttered aiming in the field. Field of view spans 20.50 to 7.60 ft at 100 yds across the magnification range.

Crowning the scope is Leupold's CDS-ZL (Custom Dial System with ZeroLock) elevation turret. The ZeroLock returns the dial to zero with a positive click to prevent accidental movement in the field, and the Custom Dial System allows shooters to order a custom elevation dial matched to their specific cartridge and ballistic profile. An exposed turret and integrated, removable throw lever deliver fast, tactile magnification changes.
