The Leupold Patrol 6HD Gen2 is an ultra-lightweight low-power variable optic built for speed, clarity, and confidence at close to mid range. It pairs a 1-6x magnification range with a 6:1 zoom ratio and a 24mm objective on a 30mm main tube, delivering fast target acquisition with a wide field of view at 1x and precise aiming at the top end.

The Illuminated FireDot Duplex reticle sits in the Second Focal Plane, so the reticle stays the same size throughout the magnification range while the center dot provides a bright, daylight-visible aiming point with multiple brightness settings. Battery life runs approximately 300 to 1,600 hours of on time depending on brightness level, so the optic can run hard between battery swaps.

Optical performance is driven by Leupold's Professional-Grade Optical System, and the exterior lenses carry Guardion coating to shed water and resist scratches. The scope runs a matte black finish for low-glare use in the field, with 3.70 in to 3.80 in of eye relief and a fixed 150-yard parallax setting. Total weight is 15.70 oz.
