The Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot Scope Base gives Tikka T3 and T3x rifles a precision-machined, one-piece optics platform purpose-built for long-range shooting. Cut from a single billet of 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, this matte black base measures 6.70" long and mounts directly to the receiver for a rock-solid optic-to-action interface.

The integrated Cross-Slot rail accepts both Picatinny and Weaver ring patterns, so you can pair it with your favorite BackCountry rings or any standard cross-slot ring system. The pre-installed 20-MOA slope adds elevation to your scope's internal adjustment, letting you push the turrets back to center for long-range and extreme-distance work where factory dial range can run out.

Leupold machines each BackCountry base to exacting tolerances and finishes it in a low-glare matte black that matches factory Tikka actions. Rings are not included, giving you the freedom to choose the height and tube diameter that best fit your optic. One-piece construction.
