The Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot 1-Piece Scope Base is a lightweight, rugged mounting platform machined from a single billet of 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. Finished in non-reflective matte black, it is engineered to fit the Winchester Model 70 Long Action rifle and accepts both Picatinny- and Weaver-style rings for maximum optic compatibility.

Part of Leupold's BackCountry mounting family, this one-piece base is built to be among the lightest and most rugged in the Leupold lineup. The cross-slot design lets you mount any standard ring set that follows either the Picatinny or Weaver footprint, so you can pair it with your preferred scope without changing bases.
