The Leupold 49866 QRW 2-Piece Scope Base is part of Leupold's Cross-Slot mounting system, designed specifically for the Remington 541 rifle. The QRW (Quick Release Weaver) base provides a factory-engineered platform for mounting a riflescope using standard Weaver-style rings (sold separately), giving Remington 541 owners a dependable and repeatable optic-mounting solution.

Constructed from steel and finished in polished Gloss Black, this 2-piece base attaches directly to the Remington 541 receiver using the factory-drilled and tapped holes. The Cross-Slot footprint is wider and more stable than traditional dovetail mounts, and the QRW's quick-release feature lets the shooter remove and re-install the scope and base assembly while returning to its original zero.

Rings are not included, allowing the shooter to choose the ring height and style that best suits their preferred scope and shooting application.
