The Leofoto SO-282CX is an Inverted Outdoors Series carbon fiber shooting tripod built to give precision rifle shooters, spotters, and long-range hunters a rock-steady platform in the field. Part of the SO-X "X Version" line, it uses a 2-section inverted leg design with the widest carbon tube at the base for improved rigidity at full extension, paired with twist-lock leg segments for fast, secure height adjustments.

Built around a fixed apex platform rather than a removable head, the SO-282CX is ready to mount a full-sized firearm combo, a spotting scope, or a separately available ball head for optics support. The three legs carry a stealth black weave and tip out with rubber feet that hold their footing on bench, prone, and pack-out positions.

Working height runs from a low 6.2" up to 46.7", giving shooters the range to cover everything from prone shooting to standing spotting.
