The Leofoto MA-40X is a precision lever-release rapid lock ball head purpose-built for rifle shooting support. Designed as the matching head for Leofoto's SA-X rifle tripod, this compact unit pairs a 40mm ball with a hybrid clamp and rosette mounting system so the shooter can quickly level, pan, and lock the rifle onto target without fumbling with knobs.

A simple lever-release locks and unlocks the ball in one motion, and the redesigned clamp features an adjustable clamping width to accept a wide range of Arca Swiss style quick-release plates.
