The Lehigh Defense Xtreme Defense is a purpose-built self-defense bullet designed to defeat common barriers - auto glass, sheet metal, and plywood - without deforming, flattening, or shifting trajectory, then transfer its retained energy into a larger permanent wound cavity. This is the .355" / 118 grain loading in Lehigh's lead-free, solid copper Fluid Transfer Monolithic line.

Each projectile is precision monolithic copper - no exposed lead core, no jacket to separate - with an optimized nose flute and weight distribution engineered for deep, straight penetration. A ballistic coefficient of .202 and sectional density of .134 keep the bullet stable, while an overall length of .680" gives the projectile a standard-length profile. The Xtreme Defense line is rated for both subsonic and supersonic velocity ranges, making it flexible for suppressed carry loads as well as standard-pressure and +P duty rounds.

The .355" diameter makes this bullet optimal for hand-loaders working in 9mm Luger and .350 Legend.
