The Lehigh Defense Xtreme Defense is a solid copper, lead-free reloading projectile engineered for 41 Remington Magnum self-defense and tactical handgun loads. Machined from a single piece of copper with Lehigh's proprietary Fluid Transfer Monolithic technology, the bullet uses a progressive nose geometry and an internal fluid-transfer cavity to drive energy outward on impact, producing a large permanent wound cavity without depending on traditional expansion or lead-core deformation that intermediate barriers can defeat.
Each projectile measures .410" in diameter, weighs 150 gr, and runs .695" in overall length. The bullet carries a ballistic coefficient of .158 and a sectional density of .127, and is engineered to deliver roughly 18 inches of penetration in calibrated testing while still opening the broad wound channel the Xtreme Defense line is known for. Because the bullet is built entirely from solid copper with no exposed lead core, it is fully lead-free and well suited to reloaders building non-toxic defensive or hunting rounds for the 41 Rem Mag cartridge.
Bullets are sold in a 50-count box for handgun reloading. As with any component, follow published load data for the chosen case, powder, and primer combination.
