The Lehigh Defense Xtreme Defense in .357 Magnum is a 120-grain Fluid Transfer Monolithic (FTM) projectile engineered for self-defense handloads. Built from a single piece of copper, this all-copper bullet eliminates the separate jacket, lead core, and exposed lead base found in conventional jacketed projectiles.

With a bullet diameter of .357, an overall length of 0.675", a ballistic coefficient of .153, and a sectional density of .135, the 120-grain Xtreme Defense projectile is optimized for typical .357 Magnum velocities. Per Lehigh's published load data, this bullet is also suitable for handloading in .38 Special cartridges, giving reloaders a single defense projectile that works in both snub-nose concealment revolvers and full-size .357 Magnum handguns.
