Lee Precision Undersize Carbide Sizing Die 45 ACP

The Lee Precision Undersize Carbide Sizing Die is a single sizing die purpose-built for 45 ACP case preparation in handgun reloading. Featuring Lee's carbide insert technology, this die eliminates the need for case lubrication during the sizing process, delivering faster, cleaner reloads with less mess on the bench.

Unlike standard carbide sizing dies, this undersize version is precision-machined approximately .002" to .003" smaller than factory specification. That tighter dimension is ideal for resizing brass that has stretched, work-hardened, or bulged from previous firings, helping ensure reliable feeding and chambering in semi-automatic pistols with tight production chambers. The die also works with 45 Auto Rim cases.

Constructed from a steel die body with a carbide sizing ring insert, the Lee 90788 is built for long service life and consistent dimensional performance. It is sold as a single sizing die - not a complete die set - and ships with a plastic storage container to protect the carbide insert when the die is not in use.
