The Lee Precision Production Pot IV is a heavy-duty electric lead melter purpose-built for high-volume bullet casting and reloading shops. Housed in a rugged metal cabinet finished in a clean silver tone, the Production Pot IV is engineered for the caster who needs steady, controllable heat over long casting sessions.

The "IV" in the model name designates the pot's 4 inches of clearance under the spout (compared to 2 inches on the original Production Pot), giving you ample room to swing a six-cavity Lee bullet mold or a large single-cavity mold beneath the pour spout. Powered by a standard 110-volt supply, the pot draws only 500 watts during heat-up and significantly less to maintain casting temperature, making it one of the most energy-efficient production melters in the Lee line. It reaches and holds approximately 900 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you the temperature stability required for consistent pours of wheel weights, pure lead, and lead-tin alloys.

The Production Pot IV holds roughly 10 pounds of molten lead, so you keep casting bullets instead of constantly recharging the crucible. A wide, stable base keeps the unit planted during pours, and the compact footprint of about 7.9" wide x 10.9" deep x 7" tall fits easily on most reloading benches.
