The Lee Precision Carbide Factory Crimp Die is a dedicated single-die reloading tool for 38 Special and 357 Magnum revolver cartridges. Sold as a one-die unit, it is engineered specifically for the final stage of the reloading process: applying a clean, consistent roll crimp to sized, charged, and bullet-seated revolver rounds.

Built around carbide construction, the die is designed to run as a separate finishing station on the press. An integrated adjusting screw lets the reloader dial in precisely the amount of crimp desired - from a light touch on 38 Special target ammunition to a firm roll crimp on heavy 357 Magnum hunting or defensive loads.

Unlike combination seating-and-crimp dies, the Lee Factory Crimp Die functions on its own as a dedicated press station. Per Lee, trim length is not critical to proper function in this die, so it provides a quick, repeatable finishing pass that gives every round a uniform, factory-style crimp.
