Lee Precision 90781 Taper Crimp Die 38 Special / 357 Mag

The Lee Precision 90781 Taper Crimp Die is a single hardened-steel reloading die designed specifically for .38 Special and .357 Magnum revolver cartridges. Lee's taper crimp design applies a smooth, even crimp to the case mouth without changing case length, making it well suited for cast or jacketed bullets whether or not they carry a cannelure.

Threads are standard 7/8x14, so this die drops into virtually any reloading press. It is sold as a standalone crimp-stage die to pair with your existing sizing and expanding dies, and works equally well for .38 Special target loads and .357 Magnum hunting ammunition where a uniform mouth crimp improves ignition consistency and bullet pull resistance.

A storage box is included to keep the die organized on the reloading bench. A shellholder is sold separately, so choose the shellholder that matches your press.
