Each bullet is cast at .517 inches in diameter, with stepped driving bands measuring .507, .512, and .517 inches from base to tip for reliable muzzle seal and consistent bore engagement in .50 caliber muzzleloaders.

Mold blocks are CNC machined from aluminum, giving this mold quick thermal response at the casting bench. Aluminum resists rust and prevents lead adhesion, so bullets release cleanly from the cavities. The included sprue plate is hard anodized for long service life, and the permanently attached steel handles with sturdy grips give full control when pouring. A tangential cut-off design helps eliminate the problematic sprue angles common to older mold designs.
