Lee 90157 Case Length Gauge 38 Special w/ Shell Holder

The Lee 90157 Case Length Gauge is a precision reloading tool purpose-built for 38 Special brass. This two-piece set pairs the case length gauge with a matched shell holder, giving reloaders a quick, repeatable way to measure and trim cases to the correct SAAMI overall length while squaring the case mouth in a single operation.

The gauge is designed to be used with a Lee Cutter and Lock Stud or Zip Trim pilot. As the cutter trims the case mouth, the gauge shoulder stops the trim at the proper dimension of 1.135 to 1.155 inches, removing guesswork and producing uniform, square-mouthed brass from lot to lot. The included shell holder seats the case in your press during the trim cycle, keeping the round centered and stable.
