Lee 90995 Charging Die Kit 222 Remington 2-Die Set

The Lee 90995 Charging Die Kit is a complete 2-die set built for reloading the 222 Remington cartridge. This kit combines a Short Charging Die and a Long Charging Die in one package, allowing reloaders to cover the full case-length range of bottleneck rifle cases without swapping tooling between sessions.

Built around Lee's well-regarded Charging Die platform, the set features a 7/8x14 thread pitch. The Short die handles cases from 0.860" to 1.760" long, while the Long die covers 1.760" to 2.620" cases, together spanning the entire 0.860" to 2.620" working range for this kit. Both dies are designed to drop a consistent powder charge into the case and accept bullet diameters of .223" and larger.

Unlike Lee's pistol Powder-Through Expanding Dies, the Charging Die Kit does not flare or expand the case mouth. It is purpose-built for clean, repeatable powder charging only, which makes it a natural fit for use with a separate case-mouth expander or for loaders who prefer to handle that step on their own.

A shell holder cap is not included with this set. Made by Lee Precision, the 90995 kit is an economical way to add a versatile short and long charging die pair to a 222 Remington reloading bench without buying the two dies separately.
