Lee 90931 Collet Crimp Die 500 S&W Mag

The Lee Precision 90931 is a collet-style crimp die purpose-built for the 500 S&W Magnum cartridge. Its precision-machined collet applies a uniform, rifle-type crimp to the case mouth, taking the difficulty out of crimping a notoriously tough magnum revolver round.

Machined from cast iron with a standard 7/8x14 thread, this single die installs in any standard reloading press. Lee recommends cases be trimmed to a length of 1.615" to 1.625" before crimping for best results. This listing is for the crimp die only (1 die in set); no shell holder cap is included. Pair it with your existing Lee or other-brand 500 S&W Magnum sizing and seating dies to round out a complete reloading setup for the cartridge.
