LaserMax LMSG517G Green Guide Rod Laser for Glock 17/17 MOS/34 Gen 5 - Black

The LaserMax LMSG517G is a high-visibility green guide rod laser purpose-built for the Glock 17 Gen5, Glock 17 MOS Gen5, and Glock 34 Gen5 pistols. This internal laser sight replaces the factory recoil spring guide rod assembly, so it sits completely inside the slide for a snag-free, factory-profile exterior with no external mounts, levers, or switches hanging off the dust cover.

The unit projects a bright 520nm green beam at a 5mW output with steady and pulse modes, producing a 0.63" dot at 20 yards and a usable daylight range out to 50 meters. Green wavelengths are dramatically easier to pick up than red in daylight and most indoor lighting, making the LMSG517G a strong choice for rapid target acquisition on a home-defense, duty, or training Glock Gen5.

Construction centers on a steel guide rod body finished in black, with an on/off activation switch. The laser is factory-aligned and offers no user adjustments, so installation is a drop-in affair once the factory guide rod is removed. Power is supplied by commonly available 393 batteries, and the LMSG517G is tested to meet or exceed Mil-Spec and Homeland Security durability standards for drop, blowing sand, temperature, and humidity.

Because the entire laser is contained inside the slide, the LMSG517G keeps the pistol's factory profile with no external hardware added to the frame or dust cover.
