The LaserMax CF-Shield-C-R is a compact red laser and white LED light combo purpose-built for the Smith & Wesson Shield and Shield M2.0 in 9mm and .40 S&W. Part of the CenterFire family, this unit uses LaserMax's GripSense technology, which senses your firing grip and automatically activates the light and laser as you draw the pistol. A traditional ambidextrous push-button activation is also built in for users who prefer manual control.

The aiming laser is a red 650 nm beam rated at <5 mW producing a 0.63" dot at 20 yards with a usable range of 50 meters. Windage and elevation are user-adjustable for a clean zero. The integrated white LED puts out up to 100 lumens and is dimmable down to 4 lumens for low-light tasks. A 10-minute automatic time-out preserves battery life, and the unit runs on a single 1/3N lithium battery.
