LANTAC USA Enhanced BCG .223/5.56 NiB Bolt Carrier Group - AR-15/M16/M4

The LANTAC USA Enhanced E-BCG is a full auto style .223 Remington / 5.56 NATO bolt carrier group purpose-built for AR-15, M16, and M4 pattern rifles. Designed as an upgraded, drop-in replacement for the factory BCG, this assembly is engineered to deliver improved reliability, smoother cycling, and longer service life across duty, training, and recreational shooting applications. The carrier is precision machined from 8620 steel and finished with LANTAC's signature NiB UTC EXO nickel boron coating. This high-performance finish produces an exceptionally hard, low-friction, and corrosion-resistant surface that resists carbon fouling and makes field cleaning noticeably easier than a standard phosphate or chrome-lined carrier.

The bolt is manufactured from Carpenter 158 or 9310 steel, shot peened for fatigue resistance, and Magnetically Particle Inspected (MPI) to verify material integrity before assembly. Built to the full auto / M16 profile, the Enhanced E-BCG drops into any standard AR-15, M16, or M4 upper receiver chambered for .223 Remington or 5.56 NATO.
