The Kynshot RB5000HP is a hydraulic recoil buffer built specifically for hard-cycling AR-15 platforms. Engineered as the "High Performance" variant of Kynshot's RB5000 carbine buffer, the HP is designed for over-gassed, suppressed, and high-pressure carbines that overwhelm a standard spring buffer.

The buffer uses stainless steel construction paired with Mil-Spec hydraulic fluids and seals to tame bolt bounce and reduce felt recoil. At 4.8 oz with an overall length of 3.69" (3.25" compressed), it drops directly into any Mil-Spec carbine buffer tube with 7" internal depth. Rated for ambient operating temperatures from -30 degrees F to +140 degrees F, the RB5000HP is at home in both arctic cold and desert heat.

Beyond standard AR-15/M4/M16 carbines, the RB5000HP is also tuned for 9mm Radial Delayed Blowback systems such as CMMG radial-delay uppers, where its heavier, dampened mass keeps the action cycling smoothly under hot loads.
