At the heart of the Vector CRB is a 16" steel barrel with a 1:10" twist and a square barrel shroud in black, paired with a flat dark earth Cerakote-finished polymer receiver. The action cycles as a semi-auto via the delayed-blowback system that defines the Vector platform, delivering reduced felt recoil and muzzle rise. A two-stage trigger with a quick reset breaks cleanly for both defensive and recreational shooting, and the ambidextrous safety supports easy manipulation from either side.

The carbine runs a fixed flat dark earth synthetic stock and ships with the California paddle grip as its installed rear grip, satisfying the state's fixed-magazine and feature requirements.
