Konus Flame-R 2.5-20x Thermal Rifle Scope 256x192 Resolution

The Konus Flame-R is a thermal riflescope designed to function equally well as a handheld thermal monocular or as a rifle-mounted optic, giving hunters and tactical shooters a single unit that can be carried afield, used for scanning from a stable position, or clamped directly onto a rifle for live-fire use.

At its core the Flame-R pairs a 256x192 thermal sensor with a generous 2.5-20x magnification range and a 9.24 x 6.94 degree field of view. Four digital zoom steps - 1x, 2x, 4x and 8x - let the operator step the image in close for target identification at extended ranges. Detection range is rated out to 2600 yards, and the unit runs for up to 5 hours on a fresh set of batteries.

For reticle and image customization the scope provides 5 selectable reticles in three colors - green, white and red - and four thermal palettes: Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot and Fusion, allowing the user to tune contrast to the environment and target. A built-in Wi-Fi hotspot lets the thermal feed be streamed or controlled from a paired mobile device.

The housing is finished in matte black and the complete unit weighs 15.16 oz. It ships with two CR123A batteries powering the internal lithium cell and is rated fully waterproof for reliable field use in adverse weather.
