Kinetic Development Group SCAR MREX MKII M-LOK 4.25" Handguard - Flat Dark Earth

The Kinetic Development Group SCAR MREX MKII is a precision M-LOK handguard engineered as a direct replacement for the factory rail on FN SCAR 16S and 17S rifles. Built around KDG's proven MREX (Modular Receiver Extension) platform that has served Special Operations units and the civilian shooting community for years, the MKII updates the original design with a simplified installation while preserving the rugged construction and rock-solid lockup that made the MREX a favorite of professional shooters.

This 4.25" variant is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a durable Flat Dark Earth Cerakote to blend with factory SCAR color schemes. The rail installs in place of the factory handguard and extends the M-LOK compatible mounting surface 4.25 inches beyond the SCAR upper receiver for additional accessory real estate. Two M-LOK Picatinny rail sections are included so lights, lasers, bipods, vertical grips, or other accessories can be mounted right out of the box. Overall length is 11.08 inches and the handguard weighs just 7 ounces, keeping the front of the rifle light and well balanced.

Whether the host is a compact SCAR 17S or a full-length 16S rifle, the MREX MKII provides a clean, modular platform for accessories while preserving the SCAR's familiar handling characteristics.
