The Kimber Mountain Ascent Mojave is a purpose-built mountain rifle chambered in .270 Winchester. Designed as one of the lightest production big-game rifles in Kimber's lineup, it pairs a 24" match-grade threaded barrel with a factory muzzle brake to deliver flat-shooting performance with reduced felt recoil on steep, technical hunts.

This bolt-action rifle runs a 4+1 capacity internal magazine, an adjustable trigger, and a three-position safety. The receiver is precision-machined from aluminum, and the fixed stock pairs an aluminum chassis with carbon fiber panels to keep overall weight at just 6.10 lbs and overall length at 45.25". The barrel carries Kimber's Tan KimPro II protective finish and is twisted at a 1:10" rate for stabilized .270 Win bullet flight. No iron sights are installed, so the rifle is ready for your preferred scope or optic mount right out of the box.

The muzzle is pre-threaded for suppressor use, and Kimber includes a 5/8 x 24 thread adapter, a rifle sling, and a rifle case with every Mountain Ascent Mojave.
