The Kershaw Cinder is a compact keychain folder designed by custom knifemaker Rick Hinderer, small enough to ride on your key ring yet sharp and useful enough to handle everyday cutting tasks around the house, garage, or campsite.
This sub-one-ounce EDC knife features a 1.40" drop point blade of 3Cr13MoV stainless steel finished with a non-reflective stonewash that hides scratches and fingerprints from daily carry. The plain-edge blade opens manually via dual thumb studs and locks up with a sturdy liner lock, while the upswept blade geometry puts the cutting edge in a comfortable working position for slicing, opening packages, and other everyday chores.
The handle is built from tough textured glass-filled nylon in black for a secure grip in a featherweight package. An integrated bottle opener and key ring at the pommel make the Cinder a true multi-function tool you can carry without thinking about it. At just 0.90 oz with a 2.60" closed length and 4" overall when open, it disappears on a keychain, in a pocket, or clipped to a pack.
