Kel-Tec RDB 5.56x45mm NATO 17.30" 20+1 Semi-Auto Bullpup Rifle

The Kel-Tec RDB (Rifle, Downward-ejection, Bullpup) is a semi-automatic bullpup carbine chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. Its bullpup layout puts a full 17.30" barrel behind the action while keeping overall length to just 27.28", so the rifle feels short and maneuverable without giving up the velocity a 5.56 rifle needs to perform.

The defining feature of the RDB is its downward-ejecting action. Spent cases drop straight down out of the receiver instead of flying sideways toward an off-side shooter's face, which lets the RDB feel natural to left- and right-handed shooters alike. Fully ambidextrous safety controls reinforce that the rifle is built for both shoulders, with no swap or modification required to change shoulder.

The RDB uses a 17.30" barrel finished in black nitride for corrosion and wear resistance. The 1:7" twist rate stabilizes the full spectrum of 5.56 NATO / .223 Rem ammunition, from light varmint bullets through heavier 77gr open-tip match loads. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 and capped with the factory flash hider, ready to accept any standard 5.56-pattern muzzle device.

Optic-ready by design, the RDB carries integrated MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail sections so a red dot, low-power variable, or magnifier drops right on. The fixed bullpup stock and black polymer receiver keep weight to 6.70 lbs, and the magazine well accepts standard AR-15 pattern detachable magazines. This RDBBLK ships with one 20-round magazine.
