The KAK Industry M16 BCG is an M16 full-auto profile bolt carrier group built for 5.56 NATO and 300 Blackout AR-pattern rifles, carbines, and pistols. This BCG combines a chrome-lined 8620 aircraft / bearing-quality steel carrier with a high-strength 9310 bolt, giving your build the durability and reliability needed for duty, defense, and hard-use sporting applications.
The carrier is CNC-machined from 8620 steel, properly heat treated for dimensional stability, and chrome lined on the gas-bearing surfaces to reduce friction, shed carbon quickly, and ease cleaning. The bolt is cut from 9310 steel, a tougher, higher-strength steel that resists cracking under sustained high-round-count fire. The M16 profile carrier carries the full forward mass found on military select-fire carriers, making this BCG at home in registered full-auto and select-fire lowers as well as standard semi-auto AR-15 pattern platforms.
Both the carrier and bolt are finished in NP3, a self-lubricating, corrosion-resistant coating that plates the parts in a uniform silver surface. NP3 lowers friction between the bolt, carrier, and upper receiver, reduces carbon adhesion, and protects against moisture and fouling in adverse shooting conditions. The result is a BCG that runs smoother, stays cleaner, and lasts longer than conventional phosphate or chrome finishes.
