It is machined from a single piece of aircraft/bearing quality 9310 steel, then heat treated and precision ground to the tight tolerances KAK Industry requires of its bolt components.

The K-SPEC design adds a dual mil-spec ejector system that uses standard mil-spec ejectors and springs, requiring no proprietary replacement parts.
