Ka-Bar Becker Companion BK22 5.25" 1095 Cro-Van Fixed Blade Knife w/ Polyester Sheath

The Ka-Bar Becker Companion BK22 is a no-nonsense fixed-blade outdoor knife purpose-built for camping, hiking, backpacking, bushcraft, and general field work. Made in the USA by Ka-Bar, the Becker Companion pairs a full-tang 5.25" drop-point blade of 1095 Cro-Van steel with a tough Grivory handle that holds up in wet, cold, and dirty conditions.

The blade measures 10.5" overall and is ground to a 20-degree edge for clean, easy slicing. 1095 Cro-Van steel is hardened to 56-58 HRC, giving the edge a great balance of edge retention and toughness, and it is straightforward to resharpen in the field. A beefy 6mm spine adds real strength for batoning, prying, and heavier cutting chores when the job calls for it. The blade carries a durable black finish.

At 16 oz ready to carry, the Becker Companion has the heft and balance of a true working blade without being a burden on the pack. It ships with a heavy-duty MOLLE-compatible polyester sheath with a front accessory pouch, ready to strap onto a pack, belt, or plate carrier right out of the box.
