Ka-Bar 1245 Tanto 8" Part Serrated 1095 Cro-Van Fixed Blade Knife

The Ka-Bar 1245 Tanto is a heavy-duty tactical fixed blade knife built around an 8" tanto profile with a part-serrated cutting edge. The blade is forged from 1095 Cro-Van carbon steel and finished with a non-reflective black epoxy coating for corrosion resistance and a low signature in the field.

The tanto blade shape draws on an Asian-influenced profile with a thick, reinforced point designed for piercing and penetration, while the partially serrated section adds cutting ability near the base of the blade. At 12.81" overall and weighing 11.20 oz, the 1245 carries enough mass for serious utility work without becoming unwieldy.

A black Kraton G handle provides a secure, controlled grip and fills the hand for both heavy chopping and detailed cuts. The knife ships with an included glass-filled nylon sheath, ready for tactical, field, and outdoor use.
