The Ka-Bar 1211 Fighting/Utility is the all-black, full-size evolution of Ka-Bar's iconic military fighting knife. Made in the USA, it pairs a 7" clip point blade of 1095 Cro-Van carbon steel with a grippy black Kraton G handle and ships with a traditional leather sheath ready for hard use in the field.

The classic clip point blade shape delivers a fine, controllable tip for detail work and a long, sweeping edge for slicing and utility chores. 1095 Cro-Van is Ka-Bar's proprietary high-carbon steel, differentially heat treated for edge retention and easy re-sharpening, and finished here in a non-reflective black coating to cut glare and add corrosion resistance. The plain edge is the most versatile configuration for general cutting tasks.

The handle is molded from Kraton G, a thermoplastic rubber chosen for its shock-absorbing feel and aggressive slip resistance in wet, cold, or messy conditions. Its familiar oval cross-section and palm-filling profile give the 1211 the secure hand-filling grip the design is known for, while its 11.75" overall length and 11.20 oz weight give it real authority as a fixed-blade workhorse without being unwieldy on the belt.
