Iver Johnson Eagle Onyx Gen 2 45 ACP 5" 8+1 Semi-Auto Pistol

The Iver Johnson Eagle Onyx is a 1911 Government-size semi-automatic pistol chambered in 45 ACP with an 8+1 capacity. Built around a 5" cold hammer forged steel barrel, this Gen 2 Eagle variant carries Iver Johnson's polished black PVD finish across its steel frame and slide for a deep, durable appearance.

The pistol uses a Series 70 single-action fire control system, with a traditional beavertail grip safety paired with a thumb safety for confident handling. The slide is ported and serrated to help tame felt recoil and muzzle rise while providing positive grip for press checks and manipulations.

Grips are black Plexiglas with a brass logo medallion, set on a Government-length frame that gives an 8.5" overall length and a 5.5" height. As a full-size 1911 platform pistol, the Eagle Onyx is well suited for range use, home defense, and as a carry-ready platform for those who prefer the classic 45 ACP 1911 layout.
